Pick a video, give it a title + slug, and publish. It uploads to the edge; the box auto-captions (faster-whisper) and transcodes a web rendition, then it appears in the feed. You review before anything cross-posts — nothing posts to external platforms.
How it flows: bytes upload to the edge → a job is queued → the box transcodes + captions + publishes to the KV-driven feed (no Compute deploy). Nothing posts to any external platform — cross-posting is review-gated and separate.
